Resolved Question: Why don’t guys get breast cancer?

Well first of all, I am not stupid, I know the players not the chest, but what is breast cancer? Cuz there are players nipple part. Soooo basically I guess this type of cancer. Need to do some girls like baby? O_o just want to know because I know what it is like, if you Google that they give you all of these confusing terms.
