I am currently working a story in which one person died. However, due to the nature of death during the operation, I need one of a lower survival rate. I would like to leukemia, but there are no real surgery. I really do not want to breast cancer or colon cancer, because it is more a romantic thing, but can you please help me any?

My mother, after surgery, she discovered that she had breast cancer. It is nearly a month after her operation.
